Business plans

. . . developed by lawyers with real business know-how

Business plans provide a comprehensive roadmap for companies that are expanding.  Good business plans include elements of finance, marketing and law.  For foreign entrepreneurs starting a business in the US, it is important to ensure that the underlying business model is compliant with US law.  For example, value propositions and marketing messages described in the marketing strategy should not violate advertising law.

Our law firm uses real business experience to develop business plans for startup companies that are expanding.

FEES FOR BUSINESS PLANS

Depending on a number of variables related to your company’s business model (eg, the number of distribution channels and customer segments) and your stage of planning, our fees will typically fall within the following ranges.

  • Simple business model $1500 to $5000

For businesses with a simple business model (ie, up to two customer segments and up to two distribution channels), Jordan Counsel will create a Simple Business Plan. E-2 visa applications and discussions with potential business partners often rely on Simple Business Plans.

  • Complex business model $5000 to $11000

For businesses with complex business models (ie, numerous customer segments and multiple distribution channels), Jordan Counsel will create a Complex Business Plan. Such Plans are often used for discussions with banks, potential investors and senior management teams. EB-5 visa applications also rely on Complex Business Plans.

Because the precise amount of our legal fees will be based on the specific nature of your business plan and your stage of planning, Jordan Counsel will only be able to provide you with a precise estimate of legal fees after an initial discussion with you.  If you also require additional related services (eg, E-2 visa application and/or business formation in the US), Jordan Counsel will offer you a package with a substantially discounted flat-rate fee.
